Kindness
Kindness comes in many guises—from buying someone a special present to just opening a door for someone. And it has been shown that doing acts of kindness is also good for you! By doing acts of kindness—even just simple random acts of kindness—we spread happiness to others and make ourselves happier. A win - win situation. So go on, do a simple act of kindness and spread a little happiness.
